Troy Rhoades-Brown
Troy founded Muse Restaurant in 2009, guided by a philosophy of thoughtful hospitality and a deep connection to the Hunter Valley’s producers and seasonal ingredients. After beginning his career in Newcastle at 16 and working alongside chef Robert Molines in the Hunter Valley, he was awarded the Brett Graham Scholarship in 2005, which led to experience at The Ledbury in London. Under Troy’s leadership, Muse has received numerous accolades, including maintaining two Chef Hats in the Sydney Morning Herald Good Food Guide consecutively since 2015.

As one of the founding team members at Muse, Renee has played an integral role in shaping the restaurant since its opening in 2009. After more than a decade as Muse’s Events Manager, she brings valuable experience and insight to her role as Operations Manager, overseeing administration, accounts and operational coordination across Muse and Muse at Sweetwater, while supporting the seamless delivery of events on the estate.

With fifteen years’ experience, Krysten oversees the brand, marketing and creative direction for Muse Restaurant and Muse at Sweetwater. From event campaigns and partnerships to design, communications and guest experience, her focus is on shaping a cohesive and distinctive presence across every touchpoint, helping bring the story of Muse and the estate at Sweetwater to life through how it is experienced, shared and celebrated.
