The Chapel Forecourt

The Forecourt sits at the entrance to the Chapel, beneath the grand iron doors and the unmistakable Sweetwater sign, framed by established gardens and rose bushes. The space works as a natural arrival point, a gathering space for canapés and cocktails, and an iconic ceremony location.

The Chapel

An intimate yet imposing indoor space defined by earthy tones and candlelit warmth. Towering pillars and French medieval iron chandeliers set the scene for grand receptions and celebratory feasts. It is the most enclosed of the estate's spaces, and the one that feels most steeped in history.

The Amphitheatre

An open-air setting positioned by the water and framed by olive trees and vineyard views. Tiered grass platforms laced with stone bring a natural sense of theatre and scale. A beautiful blank canvas, ready to be designed to your vision.

The Marquee Platform

Stairs lead you from the Chapel down to a purpose-built platform overlooking the estate, designed to host a marquee event with uninterrupted views of the vineyards and water. An adaptable space, allowing for a fully styled, undercover event.

The Castle Gates

An imposing iron and stone gateway, set on a rise at the entrance to the castle grounds. Built to defend what lay beyond, its narrow opening once allowed only a single carriage through.

The Castle Courtyard

A private courtyard within the Castle grounds, exclusively reserved for photography.
Access is limited and managed by the team to preserve the integrity of the space.
